APPLICATIONS : MOTUL RBF 700 FACTORY LINE is a high performance brake fluid developed to provide solid braking, without loss of efficiency, even under heavy and repeated braking conditions with very high temperature, for braking with carbon fibre or ceramic components, used in high competition vehicles. MOTUL RBF 700 FACTORY LINE due to its high resistance to high temperatures allows to minimise the ventilation outlets, allowing to improve the aerodynamics. It can also be used with conventional brake discs. Can be used for clutch system actuators. MOTUL RBF 700 FACTORY LINE is DOT 4 compliant, allowing it to be used in high performance vehicles for everyday applications.

PERFORMANCE: FMVSS 116 DOT 4. Extremely high resistance and thermal stability: MOTUL RBF 700 FACTORY LINE has a very high dry boiling point (336 °C / 636.8 °F), higher than conventional DOT 5.1 (260 °C / 500 °F mini) and DOT 4 (230 °C / 466 °F mini) fluids, allowing braking efficiency to be maintained even under extreme working conditions. Offers improved vehicle aerodynamic performance by reducing air intakes for brake cooling. Effective even in rainy weather or high humidity areas: MOTUL RBF 700 FACTORY LINE has a very high wet boiling point (205 °C / 401 °F) which is higher than conventional DOT 5.1 fluids with non-silicone base (180 °C / 356 °F mini) and DOT 4 (155 °C / 311 °F mini) allowing to maintain braking efficiency in rainy weather and in the presence of very humid environments. Brake fluids have the natural property of absorbing moisture from the air, they are "hygroscopic", which reduces their boiling point and increases the risk of the "vapour lock" effect. The wet boiling point is measured after wetting the product with approximately 3% water.

RECOMMENDATIONS | Avoid mixing with lower performance polyglycol based brake fluids. Do not mix with mineral (LHM) or silicone (DOT 5) based fluids. Store brake fluid in its original container, close to prevent moisture absorption. Aggressive chemical product with hands, paints and varnishes. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
